Finland’s market leader in feedback management Digium Oy changes its company name to QuestBack Oy. In October last year, Digium joined the international QuestBack Group, currently the leading player on the European feedback management market. QuestBack enables organisations to gain insights from customer and employee experiences, through leading feedback and dialogue solutions.

The company’s main product on the Finnish market is Digium Enterprise. The name change will have no effect on its use. The same familiar contact persons will continue to serve our customers.

“The past year has been important to us. We have gained a significant number of new customers and have been able to develop our operations to be even more customer centric. The QuestBack name reflects our international offering well. With the name change we will also introduce new solutions to the market, for example for the development and management of social CRM and customer communities. In Finland, our main product is Digium Enterprise, which is getting close to reaching a million published surveys”, says Finnish Country Manager Jukka Nupponen.

The solutions of the QuestBack Group are used in over 5000 organizations, in 50 countries and over 20 different languages all over the world. The company employs more than 250 professionals globally and its sales will reach 40 million Euros this year. According to international research company Gartner, QuestBack is amongst the world’s five largest feedback management companies.
